  • Total responsibility for plant performance. Kenosha has an annual revenue of $1.12 billion and employs 2150 hourly UAW and IAM, and 220 salaried employees. The plant produces 2.7L, 3.5L, and 4.0L six cylinder engines.

Power Train Advance Manufacturing Engineering
 
  • Responsible for specification and development of future engine processes and equipment for Chrysler Power Train. The position involved the development of long term power train process strategies, optimization of plant utilization, leadership of simultaneous engineering and continuous improvement activities.
   

Mr. Coventry attended General Motors Institute where he received a B.S.I.A. in 1975 and Michigan State University where he received an MBA in the Advanced Management program in 1991.
