Job candidates can also expect to undergo a rigorous screening process — a process that will assess their education level, work history, technical capabilities, and their behavioral and team-working skills. Qualified candidates for GEMA Team Member will have at least a two-year technical degree, a Journeyman's card or Five years CNC-related experience. Support and/or professional functions may require different levels of qualification depending on the position. |

Assures Employing The Best People To Build The Best Engines Candidates who apply to the Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance will undergo an intensive four-step selection process to determine the best match between people and jobs. Only by successfully completing each step will candidates be invited to complete the next step. Comprehensive Testing The relevant knowledge, skills and abilities of every job candidate will be evaluated. Comprehensive testing will determine each individual’s skill level in various areas that could include problem solving, technical skill and job fit. |
